I am just starting to work on the translation of the Dutch text. At the moment, there is not much (about zero I admit) to read in English at all, so I am referring you to the Dutch original (or the German translation) and a good dictionary. My intention is to focus on the United Kingdom rather than the United States, Australia or the rest of the English speaking world.
